The intake session is 2.5 hours long and is only a first time session in a series of sessions.

These sessions are for you if:

 

you wish to have an in-person Gaia Method session.

 

you wish to use the Gaia Method for personal development and growth.

 

you wish to expand your sensitivity in your body.

 

you hold trauma in your system.

​

you want to work physically with your sexuality and /or trauma around it.

 

you have issues/numbness/trauma after child birth.

 

you are a "heady" person and want to feel more in your body.

 

These sessions are individually designed to work on your specific challenge. They will often be part of a serie of sessions to work through the whole process. How many sessions needed depends on your situation.

Due to travel, these sessions are not offered every month. If interested you will have to inquire about options to have a session. Sessions are mostly offered in The Netherlands.

€100,- /hour

These sessions are for you if:

 

you work professionally with people. To look at how you work. To look at situations where you get triggered. To look at transference and counter-transference. To see where you might have blind-spots. To look at specific experiences from client sessions and learn from them.

 

you study bodywork or therapy and wish for mentoring/guidance. To deepen your knowledge and understanding of the field of therapy and bodywork.

 

you are a student of The Gaia Method and wish to deepen your understanding of the modality. If you wish to have direct and personal guidance by Susanne. Related directly to where you are in your process. If you wish to have personal guidance on your client cases.

€100,- /hour

These sessions are for you if:

you wish to work cognitively on a specific problem or pattern. 

 

you wish to understand yourself better, your beliefs and convictions and what drives you.

 

you want to work with personal development and growth.

 

you need sexological counseling.

€150,- /session

These sessions are for you if:

you wish to learn a way for the body to release tension, energy and trauma. A method you can do on your own or with a practitioner.
