Self Dearmouring - Explore the Vaginal Opening

This class is a focused session on the vaginal opening — described as an often "overlooked" area compared to the clitoris, G-spot, or cervix — covering anatomy and detailed hands-on technique. It opens with anatomical variation (including differences in urethral opening position) and explains a clock-based mapping method, with particular focus on the "6 o'clock spot," a known point of frequent tension referenced in tantric literature. The class then works through systematic exploration of the opening at each clock position, followed by a thumb-based stretching technique — including using two thumbs simultaneously to stretch the tissue outward and to the sides — and a "yoni yawning" breathing technique that can also be applied to easing penetration or inserting a yoni egg. Throughout, it addresses distinguishing pain that should be worked through versus pain that signals stopping, and using breath and patience to support release. A closing period is followed by a Q&A.
