Self Dearmouring - The Hidden G-Spot

This class is a focused session on the G-spot — referred to as the urethral sponge — covering anatomy, arousal technique, and squirting/female ejaculation in detail. It opens with an explanation of squirting as a combination of two distinct fluid sources, and clarifies that squirting is not synonymous with orgasm. The class then covers guidance on working position (favoring a squatting or hunched-forward posture over lying flat), followed by a progressive stroking technique — including long strokes of gradually increasing pressure and a "come hither" motion — paired with breath to build arousal. Throughout, it addresses squirting specifically: recognizing the pre-release pressure sensation, working toward it deliberately if desired (while clarifying it isn't a required or graded outcome), and managing sensation and control around it. A closing rest period follows the guided practice.
