Self Dearmouring - Clitoris

This class is a focused session on the clitoris, covering its full anatomy (head, shaft, and internal legs) and hands-on de-armoring techniques for releasing tension throughout the area. It opens with an explanation of numbness, boredom, and pain as different expressions of tissue "armor," and covers how heavy vibrator use can desensitize the clitoris over time. The class then works through a systematic sequence of touch techniques — stroking, circular movement, tapping, pulsing, stretching, and rolling — applied to the outer and inner lips, the base and shaft of the clitoris, and finally the head, including a detailed "clock" exercise exploring sensitivity at each position around the clitoral head. Throughout, it addresses how to work with different sensations (burning, pricking, numbness), the role of breath, sound, and pelvic movement in supporting release, and the connection between the clitoris, nipples, and lower back. A closing guided rest period is followed by an extended Q&A covering topics such as partner-based touch practices, emotional and physical release patterns, pleasure tolerance and "wrongness" narratives around female pleasure, and the connection between clitoral work and sensations elsewhere in the body.
