This class is a guided "womb wisdom" meditation practice focused on connecting with and expanding awareness of the womb through breath, visualization, and inner questioning rather than physical touch. It opens with an exploration of the womb's historical and symbolic significance — as a sacred access point in ancient traditions, its connection to fertility and altered states, and a discussion of "free bleeding" practices around menstruation. The class then moves into an extended guided meditation in which the womb is visualized as expanding with each breath (like a balloon growing to encompass the whole body, from the legs and ankles up through the chest, arms, throat, and head), while the participant holds a specific intention or question they wish to ask their womb and periodically voices that question aloud. Throughout, it emphasizes noticing bodily sensations, spontaneous sounds, and any answers, images, or insights that arise in response to the inner questioning. A closing period is followed by a Q&A covering topics such as difficulty receiving a clear "answer," navigating self-doubt or fear that surfaces during the practice, and the relationship between the stomach and the womb.
