Self Dearmouring - Full Flow

This class covers a full self de-armoring practice spanning both outer and inner genital areas, with the cervix as a particular focus. It opens with an explanation of touch technique (light contact rather than pressure), the two types of numbness, and clitoral anatomy, then moves through hands-on outer work: massaging the outer and inner lips, the Bartholin glands, and the perineum using stretching, circular movement, and pulsing, along with clitoral shaft and head techniques. The class then covers entering the vaginal opening (including the ridge sometimes called the hymen ring), working the vaginal walls and G-spot area, and reaching and connecting with the cervix — including anatomy, positioning tips for reaching it, and techniques such as gentle holding, circling, stretching, and massaging the cervical opening. Throughout, it addresses reading the body's readiness signals, breath and body movement as tools for release, how memories or emotions may surface (including non-sexual memories tied to reproductive health), and how to safely conclude a session. A closing guided rest period is followed by a Q&A covering topics such as staying grounded during emotional release, sensations felt elsewhere in the body (like the solar plexus) during cervix work, and difficulty locating the cervix.
