Self Dearmouring - 30 May 2020

This class covers self de-armoring techniques focused on releasing tension in the clitoral, vaginal, and cervical tissue, with an emphasis on breath, body positioning, and touch technique. It opens with anatomical guidance on the clitoris (including nerve density, the shaft, and the hood) and covers hands-on techniques such as stretching, circular movement, and "microneedling" for working the clitoris, inner and outer lips, and perineum, including areas prone to holding tension from childbirth or past sexual experiences. The class then moves into internal work, covering the vaginal opening, G-spot/G-pad, and cervix, with guidance on locating these areas, working with sensation (numbness, pain, pulsation), and using breath, sound, and body movement to support release. It also addresses how to read the body's readiness signals, how emotional release and physical release are connected, and how to safely conclude a session. A closing guided rest period is followed by an extended Q&A covering topics such as cervix positioning and accessibility, layered/repeated patterns of tension, timing practice around the menstrual cycle, and the role of this work in relationships.
