Self Dearmouring - 16 May 2020

This class covers self de-armoring techniques focused on releasing tension held in the clitoral, vaginal, and cervical tissue. It opens with an explanation of clitoral anatomy (including the shaft, hood, and legs), followed by techniques for working with the clitoris, inner and outer lips, and perineum using stretching, circular movement, and a "microneedling" technique for deeper release. The class then moves into internal work, covering the vaginal opening, the G-spot and A-spot, and the cervix, with guidance on locating these areas, recognizing different sensations linked to blocked tissue, and using breath, sound, and touch to support release. Throughout, the class addresses how to read the body's signals (yes, no, or "not yet"), how emotional memories and physical release are connected, and how to safely conclude a session. A closing guided rest period is followed by an extended Q&A covering topics such as involuntary shaking, changes in genital tissue over time, and how a hysterectomy can affect sensation.
