Self Dearmouring - 1 August 2020 (Teaching Only)

This class covers self de-armoring techniques focused on releasing tension in the clitoral, vaginal, and cervical tissue, with emphasis on the role of intention, breath, and touch technique. It opens with an explanation of what "armor" is (numbness, boredom, or pain-based tension) and how early-life experiences can become stored as blockages in the pelvic area regardless of whether the original experience was sexual in nature. The class then covers hands-on methods—stroking, circular movement, tapping, pulsing, and stretching—for working the outer and inner lips, groin, clitoris, and perineum, including relevant anatomy such as the clitoral legs and Bartholin glands.
