This class is a general full-flow self de-armoring session, part of an ongoing weekly series, covering the outer and inner genital area with the cervix as a central focus. It opens with de-armoring theory and technique fundamentals (including working with wands as an option) before moving into hands-on work: the perineum, the outer and inner lips, the clitoris and its shaft, and the vaginal opening, including the tissue right at the entrance sometimes called the ring or ridge. The class then moves into internal work — locating the G-spot (referred to as the "G-pad" rather than a single spot) and finding and connecting with the cervix, including guidance on the cervix's variable position and texture, techniques for touching and engaging with it (holding, tapping, and touching around its opening), and framing it as a "gateway" to work with respectfully rather than push through. Throughout, it addresses reading the body's readiness signals, working with numbness or non-response in different areas, and distinguishing genuine release from using pleasure to bypass difficult sensations. A closing period follows the guided practice.
