This class is a theory-and-practice session on engorgement and arousal, aimed at explaining how female arousal works physiologically before applying it practically — useful both for personal practice and for practitioners working with clients. It opens with an explanation of erectile tissue distribution in the female body (including areas rarely recognized as such) and the pelvic nerves involved in arousal — the pudendal, pelvic, hypogastric, and vagus nerves — and how engaging more of them relates to deeper or "mixed nerve" orgasms.
