Self Dearmouring - The Overlooked Entrance

This class is a focused session on the vaginal opening — including the outer and inner lips, the hymenal ridge, and the "6 o'clock point," a specific area often prone to tension — covering anatomy and hands-on de-armoring technique. It opens with anatomical guidance on the clitoris, lips, Bartholin glands, and the hymen (including dispelling common myths about it), then introduces a clock-based mapping method for locating and working with sensation around the opening. The class then works through systematic point-by-point touch around the full clock face, checking pressure sensitivity at each position, along with stretching and gentle tugging technique for the lips and opening tissue. Throughout, it addresses distinguishing numbness from simply not focusing attention on an area, and following the body's own cues about whether it wants stretching, stillness, or a different kind of touch. A closing period is followed by a Q&A opportunity.
