This class is a "special topic" session on the cervix, framed around spiritual connection as well as physical technique — marking a milestone class in an ongoing series. It opens with cervical anatomy for newcomers and explores the cervix as a spiritual gateway, with guidance on approaching the practice from surrender rather than a goal-driven mindset. The class covers the theory of numbness versus boredom in touch sensitivity, before moving into technique: external preparation at the vulva and vaginal opening using circling and pulsing touch, followed by locating and connecting with the cervix through holding, circling, and gentle stretching, with holds sustained for 15–20+ seconds. Throughout, it addresses how emotions (grief, anger, sadness) and sound may surface during practice, how correlating points elsewhere in the body (such as the throat) can be touched simultaneously to support release, and adjusting body position to make the cervix easier to reach. A closing rest period is followed by further guidance.
