This class is a theory-and-practice session on engorgement and arousal, aimed at explaining how female arousal works physiologically before applying it practically — useful both for personal practice and for practitioners working with clients. It opens with an explanation of erectile tissue distribution in the female body (including areas rarely recognized as such) and the pelvic nerves involved in arousal — the pudendal, pelvic, hypogastric, and vagus nerves — and how engaging more of them relates to deeper or "mixed nerve" orgasms. The class then teaches and practices several distinct breathing techniques for building arousal, including ocean breathing, "mouthing off" breathing, augmentation breath, accelerating breath, and a rapid panting breath, each paired with guidance on pelvic movement, sound, and squeezing versus expanding the pelvic floor. Throughout, it addresses the difference between cervical and womb orgasms, how to increase natural lubrication, and reading the body's responses during these exercises. The session includes participant questions throughout on specific techniques and is followed by further Q&A.
