Self Dearmouring - Arousal

This class is a focused session on arousal, taking a body-based rather than touch-based approach. It opens with an overview of the components of arousal — pelvic and spinal movement, erectile tissue, pelvic floor muscles, tension patterns, sound, and breath — and covers the anatomy and preferred stimulation style of the body's various erectile tissue structures (the urethral sponge/G-spot, the perineal sponge, and the vestibular bulbs), along with the different pelvic nerves involved in arousal and how activating more of them relates to the depth and quality of orgasm. The class then works through a series of guided breathing and pelvic-floor practices — including "bearing down" versus lifting, orgasmic/ocean breathing, rapid "pussy breathing," accelerating breath, and breath retention — each paired with pelvic movement and sound, building toward a roughly 35–40 minute guided practice that connects breath, pelvic movement, and a heart-genital energetic connection. Throughout, it addresses how emotional reactions (like disgust or frustration) can surface during this work and how to work with them, along with the role of sound and repetition in building arousal safely and gradually. A closing rest period is followed by a Q&A covering topics such as combining breath and movement techniques, working with disgust or tension that arises during practice, and pacing when learning these techniques.
